The management is fully conscious that running a Human Resource based organization requires complete co-operation, commitment and dedication of all the Ortelians and their knowledge.

2.2 THE OBJECTIVE OF HR PHILOSOPHY OF THE ORGANISATION
I. To fully utilize the knowledge, skill and dexterity of Ortelians for providing effective, timely and high level of service to the customers.

II. To take all steps to motivate the Ortelians at all levels, to fully devote their energies and potentialities towards customer care.

III. To provide fair and reasonable working condition and service conditions.

IV. To provide growth opportunities to the Ortelians with in the resources available with the organization.

V. To organize need based training programs for the Ortelians at all levels and carry out other related activities with a view to fully utilize the potential of the Ortelians.

VI. To provide for two-way effective communications.

VII. To provide forum to the Ortelians to ventilate the grievances, if any and to take speedy steps for their redresses if found genuine.

Employee engagement activities:
As a part of Employee Engagement activities, every Saturday we have varieties of events such as “Antakshiri”, “Cooking” and many more. Employees take immense interest and participate enthusiastically to shed up stress undergone through out the week and preparing themselves for future challenges. It ventilates a sense of togetherness and belongingness.
